What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your tour via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Revolut transfer.
How long does the confirmation take?
Confirmation times vary depending on the chosen tour. In general, bookings are processed within 1 to 2 business days, except for custom on-demand tours. You will receive a confirmation message as soon as it is processed.

What do our eco-friendly solutions consist of?
For longer distances, we use public transport or bicycles. We reduce food waste. We encourage you to bring reusable water bottles, which we can refill with drinking water at several points along our route. We invite you to buy souvenirs made by local artisans or, preferably, to avoid unnecessary purchases altogether. If you arrive in Budapest by train or bus, we offer a 30% discount on our listed prices. If you would like to offset your environmental impact, we can arrange for you to plant trees in Budapest in partnership with the “10 Million Trees” association.
What is left to do after booking and payment?
Once your tour is booked and paid for, you don’t have to do a thing. We will meet at the location and time we agreed upon together.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take the security of your personal information very seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your information will only be used to process your booking and will never be shared with third parties.
How can I contact you?
We are available via email or phone. You can find our details on the “Contact Us” page of our website. We strive to respond as quickly as possible.
How should I prepare for my visit to Budapest?
Budapest is a safe capital city with well-organized, affordable public transportation. The climate is continental, with cold winters (between 0°C and 8°C) and hot summers (between 30°C and 40°C). Comfortable shoes are a must. In winter, we advise wearing gloves, hats, and scarves; in summer, don’t forget a cap and sunglasses.
